Nettle, Dandelion & Co. – On this hiking tour you willl discover the diversity in local wild herbs as well as their tasty and vitalizing properties. Walking through the blossoming nature, the herbs & medicinal plant expert Christiane Gruber will explain you the important contribution that wild herbs can make to our physical and mental well-being. At the end of the tour, in our Taste Factory our Gassenwirt host Andreas will show you how to prepare appetizing herb dumplings with the wild herbs collected – and to top it all off we will taste them together!
